We make Caramoomel products from fruits and vegetables grown on our farm, Quails View Farm, in Kelowna, BC, Canada. Our family has lived here since 1975 and we have grown apples, cherries and a wide variety of vegetables organically since the early 1990s.
The veggies used in our spreads are handpicked in the early morning and then processed that same day so that they are bursting with natural flavor when we cook up batches of our best sellers such as Veggie Caviar, Garlic & Eggplant Spread and All Vegetable Antipasto. The apples and cherries used in the Apple Butters and Cherry Jam with Wine are also handpicked and processed the same day.
